Our Process
At Horizon Contracting, we specialize in custom home building from the ground up. We start with the foundation, offering our expertise whether you're in the process of buying land or already own it. Our team will come out to discuss your options for the septic system and the well, and how to best position the house in accordance with county specifications. We also discuss the topography of the land and any possible problem areas, to ensure the foundation will be strong and stable.

We will meet with you to disucss your budget and your house plan to guide you through the construction process.
Design & Construction Estimate
Once you decide on a house plan we will price out each phase of construction so you have a clear picture of what the cost will be.
